Raspberry Martini

The tartness of this martini means you can pair it with a chocolatey dessert.

Ingredients

  • 75ml The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
  • 15ml Fino Sherry
  • 15ml Raspberry honey water (see below)

Honey water

  • 250ml Raw honey
  • 250ml Freshly boiled water
  • 250g Raspberry

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass
  2. Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir for a minimum of 30 seconds
  3. Strain into a chilled martini glass of your choice
  4. Garnish with fresh raspberry

  1. Combine everything in a mason jar. Shake well and leave for 4 hours. Strain.
