How do you drink The Botanist Gin? Premium tonic water, ice and a local, seasonal garnish of your choice; the perfect Botanist and Tonic.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml / 2oz The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
  • Premium tonic water
  • Foraged garnish: e.g. lemon, thyme, rosemary, mint, chamomile

Method

  • Pour gin into a highball filled 2/3 with ice
  • Add premium tonic water to your taste
  • Garnish with something local and seasonal
