B Corp Old Fashioned

In this twist on an Old Fashioned, we use honey from fellow B Corp Hilltop and The Botanist Islay Cask Aged Gin instead of whisky for a modern take on a classic cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 50ml The Botanist Islay Aged Gin
  • 10ml Hilltop honey syrup (1:1 honey and boiling water)
  • 3 dashes orange bitters
  • Orange zest

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir
  2. Strain into an Old Fashioned glass with a large ice cube and garnish
