Golden Lining

Warm sun one minute, crisp frost the next. This Golden Lining cocktail is made with B Corp ingredients that support pollinators, and works just as well cold or warm, in the sun or in the snow.

  • 50ml The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
  • 20ml Lemon juice
  • 20ml Earl Grey Vanilla Local Honey Syrup*
  • Garnish: Wild mint

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice
  2. Shake, double strain and pour into a chilled Nick and Nora glass
  3. Garnish with wild mint
  4. To enjoy warm - add all ingredients to an enamel mug and add some hot water.
  5. To make the syrup brew Bird & Blend Earl Grey Creme Tea for 4 minutes with equal parts hot water and Black Bee Honey.
