The Botanist Negroni

Bitter. Sweet. Complex. A negroni is always a good choice - make sure to garnish with zesty orange peel for extra flavor.

  • 25ml The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
  • 25ml red bitter
  • 25ml sweet vermouth
  • Orange peel

Method

  1. Add all ingredients except the orange peel to a mixer filled with ice and stir until chilled
  2. Strain over a large ice cube into a rocks glass
  3. Express the orange peel over the glass to release its aroma
  4. Garnish with the orange peel
