Cask Aged Martinez

The Martinez is a classic cocktail; in this version, we use The Botanist Cask Aged Gin for a modern twist.

  • 75ml The Botanist Cask Aged Gin
  • 10ml Sweet Vermouth
  • Orange peel and maraschino cherry to garnish

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with 2/3 ice and stir until chilled
  2. Double strain and pour into a chilled Nick and Nora glass
  3. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and twist of orange
