Raspberry Martini

The tartness of this martini means you can pair it with a chocolatey dessert.

  • 2.5oz The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
  • 1/2oz Fino Sherry
  • 1/2oz Raspberry honey water (see below)

Honey water

  • 8.5oz Raw honey
  • 8.5oz Freshly boiled water
  • 1 cup Raspberry

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass
  2. Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir for a minimum of 30 seconds
  3. Strain into a chilled martini glass of your choice
  4. Garnish with fresh raspberry

Honey water

  1. Combine everything in a mason jar. Shake well and leave for 4 hours. Strain.
