Southside Gimlet | Spring / Summer

A refreshing twist on a classic. This Southside Gimlet, with bright citrus and herbaceous mint, is the perfect cocktail for spring and summer sipping. Enjoy!

  • 60ml/2oz The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
  • 20ml/0.75oz Fresh lime juice
  • 20ml/0.75oz Simple syrup
  • 6-8 Mint leaves
  • Dash of orange bitters
  • Mint leaf

  1. In a cocktail shaker, gently muddle 6-8 mint leaves with the simple syrup
  2. Add The Botanist, orange bitters and lime with ice and shake until well-chilled
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass
  4. Garnish with a mint leaf
