Horizon Spritz x Room + Wild

A refreshing and tart gin spritz with fino sherry, which adds a distinctive saline note. To celebrate our collaboration with Room + Wild, we asked our food and drink go-to and wanderluster Abi Clephane to create a series of cocktail and food pairings inspired by land, water and sky. Pair with Whipped Feta Dip.
